Your
kitchen - design and installation
You
call us, we won't call you.
When
you fist contact us we arrange to visit you at your convenience for
an initial consultation. We can usually do this within a week of your
call. We bring with us our extensive range of brochures and samples
for you to choose from. At the same visit, we measure your kitchen
area and note any features.
We
take this information away with us and plan your new kitchen using
computer graphics, and we prepare your quotation, which we send to
you within a week of our initial visit. Once you accept the quotation,
a deposit to cover the cost of ordered materials is payable and we
advise you of a fitting date, which is usually six weeks after ordering.
We
allow two weeks for the fitting and installation of your kitchen,
though it can usually be completed in just over a week and we always
start new jobs at the beginning of the week to ensure you are not
left without services over a weekend.
Once
installation is completed to your satisfaction, the balance of payment
is due.
We
provide a personal and individual service from the first contact to
completion of your kitchen installation. We appreciate there is no
such thing as a standard kitchen, so we don't have a showroom, this
also keeps our overheads down and means we can pass on the savings
to our customers.
